HW 102 Kickboxing

This course introduces students to the fundamental techniques and principles of kickboxing. Students will learn proper stance, footwork, striking techniques (punches and kicks), defensive movements, and conditioning exercises integral to the sport of kickboxing. Each session will focus on building physical fitness, coordination, and mental focus. Completion of this course will enable students to understand the foundational skills of kickboxing and incorporate them into a lifelong fitness routine.
