HW 100 Boxing
This course introduces students to the fundamental techniques and principles of boxing. Students will learn proper stance, footwork, punches, defensive movements, and conditioning exercises integral to the sport of boxing. Each session will focus on building physical fitness, coordination, and mental focus. Completion of this course will enable students to understand the foundational skills of boxing and incorporate them into a lifelong fitness routine.
