NUR 403 Community Health Nursing
Prerequisite: Open to those students with senior standing in the Nursing major or permission of the instructor. This course examines the provision of public health with the goal of promoting and preserving the health of communities. Students will examine health care in the context of local, state, national, and global resources and issues. Clinical experience as a component of public health education is required.
