Undergraduate students enrolling in undergraduate mathematics courses must have earned a grade of “C-” or higher in each prerequisite course.
Prerequisite: Level I placement on the Basic Math Skills Inventory. A review of basic concepts of arithmetic and elementary algebra. Topics include fractions, decimals, percents, operations with real numbers, linear equations and inequalities, graphs and functions, solving linear systems, exponents, polynomials, and problem solving.
