NUR 401 Nursing Research & Evidenced-Based Practice

Prerequisite: Open to students with senior standing in the nursing major or permission of the instructor. Introduces scientific inquiry. Discusses specific elements of the research process including problem identification, literature review, variables, research design, sampling concepts, data collection, data analysis, and interpretation. Students gain experience in research dissemination, critique, and application through a translational project .
