NUTR 579B Nutrition Capstone

Prerequisite: NUTR 579A or permission of instructor
Students will complete graduate nutrition capstone based on the foundation built in NUTR 579A. Capstone to include a student driven qualitative or quantitative research project, grant proposal, evidence-based practice project or other culminating project agreed upon by student and program director.
